Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of security services by Goodman Security Group Pty Ltd within the state of New South Wales, Australia. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational and legal obligations.
1. Services Scope
Goodman Security Group (GSG) provides specialised security services including crowd control, guarding, and site patrols across New South Wales. The specific scope of work is defined in the individual Quotation and Service Agreement issued for each engagement.
2. Bookings & Engagements
Engagements are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement or digital confirmation of the formal Quote. GSG maintains the right to decline services if personnel requirements cannot be safely or legally met within the requested timeframe.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing GSG with accurate site hazard information, ensuring clear and safe access for personnel, and maintaining a site that complies with all Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation. Failure to provide a safe working environment may result in the immediate withdrawal of services.
4. Conduct & Professionalism
All GSG personnel are held to the highest standards of professional conduct. We operate under strict industry codes and state licensing requirements. Clients are expected to treat all security staff with professional respect and manage their patrons during crowd control events according to venue licensing obligations.
5. Cancellations & Force Majeure
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for any cancellation or roster change. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to the scheduled shift minimum. GSG shall not be liable for any failure to perform as a result of acts of God, fire, storms, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Payments & Quotations
Quotes are provided in good faith based on current award rates and requested personnel numbers. Invoicing occurs weekly or upon project completion. Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability & Indemnity
While GSG takes all due care in providing safety services, we limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law. The Client indemnifies and holds harmless GSG against all claims arising from third-party actions at the Client's premises, excluding instances of gross negligence by GSG staff.
8. Insurance & Licensing
Goodman Security Group operates under NSW Master Licence #110787. We maintain comprehensive Public Liability ($20M) and Professional Indemnity insurance. All security personnel hold current Class 1A/1C licenses and First Aid certifications at all times during their deployment.
9. Incident Reporting & Documentation
Shift reports and incident documentation are recorded for all operations. Copies of reports involving safety interventions or property breaches will be submitted to the Client within 24 hours of the occurrence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

Bookings & Responsibilities
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement. Clients must provide accurate site info, safe access, and a designated emergency contact person.
Conduct, Access & Safety
Our guards follow strict conduct codes. Clients must ensure the site meets Work Health & Safety standards. GSG reserves the right to withdraw if unsafe.
Payments & Quote Procedures
Fixed quotes are based on requested hours/staff. Invoices are issued weekly or per project. Payments are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations & Force Majeure
Changes require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur fees. GSG is not liable for delays caused by fire, floods, or events beyond our control.
